What I love so much about this quote is actually how he qualifies it. Realistically living each day like your last is not a sustainable system. That philosophy could lead to a lot of problems in and of itself. But he says when the answer is wrong for too many days in a row… In other words, sometimes you have to do things that you don’t want to do but overall you should be happy with how you spend your time. Personally I know that my masterpiece days have several key elements to them. Something challenging, something adventurous, a time for deep interpersonal connection, something creative….
